You will be sent a written response from us within 4 working days advising whether you are eligible to be added to the register.
If accepted you are encouraged to carry out a search for properties that are currently available in your area of choice. The information includes appropriate contact details for each provider. You can search for properties by clicking here.

We will contact you every 6 months to confirm whether your circumstances have changed to ensure we keep our records up-to-date. If you wish you can enter any changes directly on to the website.
Our Events and Roadshows
Periodically we will hold Help to Buy events across the South West and we will advise you by email when we are in your area. We also attend events run by local authorities, housing associations, developers and large employers. We encourage you to check this page to see when and where events are being held near you.
